We are excited you have chosen Dr. Victoria Chen for your consultation. We will need a few photos
to help Dr. Victoria so she can review your possible treatment options. Please follow the
instructions below for your photos and remember sometimes this is easier with an extra set of hands.

Your first photo will be a “Selfie” please leave your lips relaxed and looking straight ahead at the camera.

Your next photo we need a close up view of your smile. Please be biting down and have a larger smile
so Dr. is able to see all your teeth and how your bite is aligned.

Next photo is is a side view and again biting down. You may need to use your
fingers to pull back your cheek slightly for this photo.
